Meet Kelsey Quick, BS, CNC, CPT

Founder of Renewed Strength Fitness & Advocacy

Hi, I’m Kelsey Quick, a certified personal trainer (CPT) and certified nutrition coach (CNC) through the International Sports Sciences Association, as well as a certified Fast Metabolism Nutrition Coach. I founded Renewed Strength Fitness & Advocacy out of a deep passion for helping people discover a renewed strength in life—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

A Journey Rooted in Neurology and Personal Experience

My passion for neurology began at a young age. Diagnosed with epilepsy at age five, I experienced firsthand how regular exercise positively impacted not only my seizures but also my mental health. By the grace of God, my seizures subsided during my teenage years, but the lessons I learned through that journey stayed with me.

As an adult, I pursued a career as a Neurology Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant, specializing in therapies for movement disorders like Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease, neuroimmunology disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, and conditions like migraines and sleep disorders. During this time, I gained extensive knowledge of these conditions, working closely with some of the top neurologists in the Midwest to ensure patients received the best care possible.

 

A Personal Turning Point

In 2022, my dad was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia—a moment that reshaped my life. Balancing the demands of my career with caregiving responsibilities took a toll on my health. I decided to step away from the pharmaceutical industry to focus on my family and reevaluate what wellness looked like for me.

During this time, I turned to exercise and nutrition as tools to improve my own physical and neurological health. My journey revealed the powerful connection between lifestyle habits and brain health, inspiring me to create Renewed Strength Fitness & Advocacy to help others navigate their own health journeys with confidence and clarity.

 

 

Why I Do What I Do

When someone is diagnosed with a chronic condition, they’re often told to “exercise and eat right.” However, the stress and uncertainty of a diagnosis can make it overwhelming to know where to start. That’s where I come in.

At Renewed Strength Fitness & Advocacy, I provide personalized coaching to help individuals:

  • Create actionable plans for exercise and nutrition tailored to their condition.
  • Empower themselves to advocate for their health through holistic mind, body, and spirit practices.
  • Navigate the healthcare system with confidence, including understanding diagnoses, managing insurance complexities, and preparing for medical appointments.

I partner with clients’ healthcare teams to deliver collaborative, comprehensive support that aligns with their goals. My mission is to help you move from merely surviving to truly thriving—equipping you with the tools to live a full and meaningful life.
